Lead Partner: SAP
This work package will provide global focus for the direction and objectives of the project; provide overall coordination and administration of project activities and technical work; ensure proper level of cooperation, communication, knowledge diffusion and consensus among project members; review and track the quality of the work produced by the project; coordinate and prepare material for the Management Reports and Periodic Activity Reports; organise and participate in project meetings; ensure visibility of results to other IST projects, and organise cooperation with other projects or other interested parties; facilitate alignment with and contribution to standard bodies and relevant forums; set up the appropriate procedures and means in order to accelerate the exploitation of the project results and dissemination of the achieved results while protecting IPR in an appropriate manner.
